Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Scope

    Our store provides logistics services to most countries and regions around the world. Delivery to some remote areas (such as certain islands, military bases, and war-torn regions) is not supported. For details, please contact customer service for confirmation.

  2. Delivery Time

    The delivery time is only an estimate and subject to actual logistics status. It may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, or peak logistics periods:
  • Major European and American countries (e.g., the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany): 9–15 working days
  • Major Asian countries (e.g., Japan, Vietnam, Thailand): 8–13 working days
  • Other regions: 15–30 working days

    In special circumstances (e.g., customs inspection), the delivery time may be extended, and we will synchronize the logistics progress in a timely manner.
  1. Logistics Fees

    Free standard shipping is provided for all orders.
Logistics fees are calculated automatically based on the delivery country/region and package weight, and will be displayed during checkout. All shipping fees displayed at checkout will be waived.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to sign, or other personal reasons of the customer, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, and the original product fee will not be refunded.
  1. Logistics Liability

    After the package is shipped, the logistics link is the responsibility of the cooperative logistics provider. If the package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos of the damage and logistics tracking screenshots. We will assist in negotiating compensation with the logistics provider.
Customs duties and clearance fees incurred during cross-border transportation shall be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, changes in customs policy).

    If you need to specify a logistics provider, please contact customer service in advance to confirm feasibility and any additional fees. Sample orders are prioritized for processing and may enjoy faster delivery than regular orders, subject to actual shipment.
