Return policy
For cross-border clothing products purchased in our store, within 30 days from the date of receipt, you may apply for return or refund only for confirmed quality problems (i.e., non-human damage such as damage, unthreading, serious inconsistency between size and description, etc.).
To be eligible, the product, its accessories, hangtags, care labels, and anti-counterfeiting labels (if any) must be complete, intact, unwashed, unpolluted, and undamaged. You must also retain the complete order confirmation, transaction record, and delivery receipt.
Due to high cross-border logistics costs, returns for non-quality reasons (including but not limited to change of mind, dislike, wrong size selection, ordering error, personal comfort preference, or style dissatisfaction) are not supported, unless specially negotiated and approved by us in advance.
If a return is approved for non-quality reasons, all return shipping costs (including international return freight) shall be borne by you. You must arrange the return within 3 working days after approval; otherwise, the request will be deemed automatically abandoned.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and non-returnable for non-quality reasons. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for confirmed quality issues.
1. Underwear and intimate apparel
(including but not limited to bras, panties, vests, leggings, thermal underwear, etc.)
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, these items are non-returnable for non-quality reasons once opened or tried on, even if otherwise intact.
For verified quality issues, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with this policy.

3. Products with damaged anti-counterfeiting labels
The anti-counterfeiting label is an integral part of the product. Scratching, tearing, altering, or damaging the label will be regarded as used or damaged goods, which are not eligible for return or exchange.
Additional Terms
Return Packaging & Free Gifts
For full order returns, items must be returned with all original accessories and free gifts (if applicable).
You are not required to return a gift if:
- You return only part of the order, and the remaining order value still qualifies for the gift;
- The gift is not associated with the returned item.
All returned gifts must be kept in original received condition. If a required gift is missing, damaged, soiled, or lost, we reserve the right to deduct its fair market value from your refund.
Refund Calculation
If the returned item was purchased with wholesale discounts, promotions, or other offers, the refund will be calculated based on your actual payment amount. If a gift cannot be returned as required, its value will be deducted from the refund.
